Motion awarding a Master Service Agreement for professional engineering, architecture
and construction administration services related to water utilities to LNV, Inc. to provide
solutions for technical issues with the water and wastewater system in an amount up to
$800,000 with a one year renewal option to be administratively authorized for a total not
to exceed $1,600,000, on projects located citywide, with funding available through the FY
2020 Water and Wastewater Operating and Capital Improvement Program Funds.
At a meeting of the City Council on 7/28/2020, this Motion was passed.

below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn. and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
