Motion authorizing a Master Services Agreement for Subsurface Utility Engineering
Services to Hydro Ex for an initial amount up to $350,000 for a term of one year with a
one year extension option to be renewed administratively for a not to exceed total of
$700,000, with projects located citywide, funding available through the Bond Program
and FY 2020 Capital Improvement Program .
At a meeting of the City Council on 7/28/2020, this Motion was passed.

below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below from which it is to be drawn and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
