Motion awarding a Professional Services Contract for design and construction
administration services for Lifecycle Curb and Gutter Replacement Program to ECMS,
LLC of Corpus Christi, TX, for one-year in an amount up to $100,000 with two one-year
renewal options to be administratively authorized for a total amount not to exceed
$300,000, with projects located Citywide, and with FY 2020 funding available from the
Storm Water Capital Reserve Fund.

representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required
for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
