2. Motion approving a supply agreement with the following companies for
computer paper based on low bid and only bid for a total of $50,550.30.
The term of the contracts will be twelve months with option to extend for
up to an additional twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier
and the City Manager or his designee. These items will be used by the
Department of Municipal Information Services.
