Motion authorizing an 18 -month service agreement with Halff Associates, Inc. of
Richardson, Texas for a total amount not to exceed $273,789.00 for the development of
the 10 -Year Parks and Recreation Master Plan, with FY 2020 funding available from the
Community Enrichment Fund and General Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 9/8/2020, this Motion was passed.

authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that
the money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation
or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from
which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
