recreational use fees and charges for fiscal year 2020-21.
Whereas, Section 36-3 and 36-7 of the Code of Ordinances requires rental and
recreational use fees and charges for the Parks & Recreation Department be submitted
annually to the City Council for review and approval.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
Section 1. The City Council approves rental and recreational use fees and charges for
parks and recreation department as shown in Exhibit A attached, for Fiscal Year 2020-
21.
Section 2. This resolution is effective October 1, 2020.
Section 3. The City Council intends that every section, paragraph, subdivision, phrase,
word and provision of this resolution be given full force and effect for its purpose. If any
section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word or provision of this resolution is held
invalid or unconstitutional by final judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction, that
judgment shall not affect any other section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word
or provision of this resolution.
