BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents necessary to accept a grant from the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) in the amount of $174,637 for the 2021 Comprehensive Selective Traffic Enforcement Project (STEP) to increase traffic enforcement in the City, with a city match of$57,682.22 in fringe benefits and department expenses with funds available from the FY 2021 General Fund, for a total project cost of$232,319.32. SECTION 2.
