Motion authorizing Amendment No. 1 to the FY 2020 Service Agreement with stHealth
Benefit Solutions, LLC, dba Stealth Partner Group, Dallas TX, in an amount not to
exceed $58,000.00, increasing the total contract amount from $2,500,000.00 to
$2,558,000.00, due to an unanticipated increase in number of employees in the
self-funded stop loss insurance program, with FY 2020 funding available from the
Employee Health Citicare Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 9/29/2020, this Motion was passed.

authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that
the money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation
or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from
which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
