NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Interlocal
cooperation agreement with the Nueces County relating to the reconstruction and
annexation of County Road 33.
SECTION 2. This Resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
