Motion authorizing the City Manager to develop a f~nanc~ng plan which would
provide approximately $i.8 million for completion of construction of public
parking, street, curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements in support of the
Texas State Aquarium. The plan would include charging a fee for parking to
provide funds for construction and maintenance.
