with Nueces County and one with Del Mar College, for participation in the Tax
Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Five.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement with Nueces County for contribution to the Reinvestment Zone
No. 5, City of Corpus Christi, Texas tax increment fund.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement with Del Mar College for contribution to the Reinvestment Zone
No. 5, City of Corpus Christi, Texas tax increment fund.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council. +'
