Department of Transportation for the FY2021 Click It or Ticket program
for the Police Department in an amount of$15,000.00 with a City Cash
match of $4,266.85 for overtime and fringe benefits with funding
available from the General Fund; and appropriating $15,000 in the
Police Grants Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept a grant from the State of Texas, Department of Transportation for
the FY2021 Click It or Ticket program for the Police Department in an amount of
$15,000.00 with a City Cash match of $4,266.85 for overtime and fringe benefits with
funding available from the General Fund.
SECTION 2. That $15,000 from the State of Texas, Department of Transportation is
appropriated in the No. 1061 Police Grants Fund for the FY2021 Click it or Ticket
Program.
