Motion setting a hearing for August 1, 1989, during the Regular City
Council meeting beginning at 2:00 p.m., on the appeal of Mr. Larry Morano
from the decision of a permit officer to deny his application for a
vendor's permit authorizing the rentfng and selling of umbrellas, chairs,
floats, tubes, surfboards, food and beverages, and related beach items on
the Padre Island Beach adjoining the seawall.
