Motion approving a supply agreement for fine paper in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0179-89 with Century Papers for an estimated expenditure
of $68,344 based on low bid. The term of the contract shall be for twelve
months with an option to extend for an additional twelve months subject to
the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. The
paper will be used by the various City departments.
