Motion approving a supply agreement for Calcium Oxide in accordance with
Bid Invitation No. BI-0273-89 with APG Lime Corporation based on the low
bid of $55,575. The term of the contract will be for twelve months with
option to extend for an additional twelve months subject to the approval of
the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. The chemical will be
used by the Water Division for treatment of our water supply.
