District for a 50 -year lease in an annual amount of $10.00 for five acres of
property located at or near Rodd Field Road and Yorktown Boulevard to serve as
the location for the City's new Police Training Academy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Interlocal
cooperation agreement with the Del Mar College District for the lease of 5 acres at or
near Rodd Field Road and Yorktown Blvd for placement of a City Police Training
Academy.
SECTION 2. This Resolution is effective immediately upon passage.

1, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized

for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
