monthly rent of $100 including an option to extend for four additional
one year terms with monthly rent of $300 for use of the city owned
property located at 1401 Leopard Street for a parking lot.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a one year lease
agreement with Sinister, LLC for the use of city owned property located at 1401 Leopard
Street, with monthly rent of $100 and an option to extend for four additional one year
terms with monthly rent of $300. A copy of the Agreement is on file with the City Secretary.
The agreement may be extended for four additional one year terms with prior approval of
the City Manager.
