Motion authorizing a one-year supply agreement with Rehrig Pacific Company, for the
purchase of refuse and recycling carts for Solid Waste Services in an amount not to
exceed $501,858.00; with funding in an estimated amount of $460,000.00 available in
the FY 2021 General Fund. (Requires 2/3 vote)

which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
