Motion approving a 380 agreement with LiftFund to administer a CARES Act
reimbursable grant up to $570,000 for small business impacted by COVID-19 and have
been awarded a LiftFund loan funded by the City of Corpus Christi earlier this year.

which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
