Motion awarding a construction contract to Reytec Construction Resources, Inc., Corpus
Christi, TX, for the reconstruction of the Six Points Intersection to include 10th street from
Ayers Street to Staples Street and the rehabilitation of Ayers Street from 10th Street to
Six Points Intersection and Staples Street from 10th Street to Six Points Intersection,
located in Council District 2, with new asphalt pavement and utility improvements in an
amount of $3,189,239.00, with FY 2021 funding available from the Streets Bond 2016,
Storm Water, Wastewater, and Water Funds.

for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
