Motion authorizing the execution of Change Order Number 3 with Bay, LTD, Corpus
Christi, Texas for the installation of a 30 -inch valve on the existing 30 -inch transmission
main located on Holly Road between Airline and Rodd Field Road, located in Council
District 4, in an amount of $168,804.13 for a total not to exceed amount of
$8,697,683.26, with FY 2021 funding available from Water Capital Reserve Fund.

representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required
for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to -annual -appropriation
by the City Council.
