Motion approving supply agreements for copper sulfate and potassium
permanganate in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0274-89 with Van
Waters & Rogers for $I20,645 based on low bid and low bid meeting
specifications. The term of the contract will be twelve months with
option to extend for an additional twelve months subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. These
chemicals will be used by the Water Division for treatment of our
water supply.
