Motion awarding a professional services contract to LNV, Inc., Corpus Christi, TX, to
provide design, bid, and construction services for office space and other building
upgrades to the O.N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant Filter Building 1, located in Council
District 1, in an amount not to exceed $179,998.00, with FY 2021 funding available from
the Water 2020 Capital Improvement Program Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 2/23/2021, this Motion was passed.

for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
