Motion to authorize the City Manager or his designees to execute an amendment to the
Professional Services Agreement with Chaves Obregon & Perales LLP to provide for up
to $85,000 additional funds for representation in the lawsuit of City of Ingleside v. City of
Corpus Christi, including appeals of any rulings therein.
At a meeting of the City Council on 2/23/2021, this Motion was passed.

below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
