AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO
ACCEPT A GRANT OF $102,276 FROM THE TEXAS
DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH SERVICES TO PROVIDE
FOR THE ELIMINATION AND CONTROL OF TUBERCULOSIS
AND TO EXECUTE ALL RELATED DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to accept a grant of
$102,276 from the Texas Department of State Health Services to provide for the
elimination and control of tuberculosis and to execute all related documents.
