RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO ACCEPT A
GRANT FROM THE COASTAL BEND BAYS & ESTUARIES
PROGRAM, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000 FOR A MARINA
DEBRIS MANAGEMENT PLAN AND PILOT PROJECT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to accept a grant from the
Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program, Inc., in the amount of $50,000 for a Marina
Debris Management Plan and Pilot Project.
SECTION 2. The City Manager, or designee, may reject, alter the terms of, or terminate
the grant.
