A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR THE CITY MANAGER'S
DESIGNEE TO SUBMIT A GRANT APPLICATION TO SERVE AS THE
FISCAL AGENT FOR THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY AND
PROTECTIVE SERVICES (DFPS) FY 2009-2010 78415 COMMUNITY
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT (CYD) PROGRAM, WITH $503,500 DFPS
FUNDING
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or City Manager's designee is authorized to submit a
grant application to serve as the Fiscal Agent for the Texas Department of Family and
Protective Services (DFPS) FY 2009-2010 78415 Community Youth Development (CYD)
Program, with $503,500 DFPS Funding.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
