AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO ACCEPT A
GRANT FROM THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY IN THE
AMOUNT OF $400,000 FOR A THREE YEAR COMMUNITY -WIDE
BROWNFIELDS ASSESSMENT PROGRAM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to accept a grant from the
Environmental Protection Agency in the amount of $400,000 for three year community-
wide Brownfields assessment program.
SECTION 2. The City Manager, or designee, may reject, alter the terms of, or terminate
the grant.
