Motion awarding a construction contract to Western Specialty Contractors, Selma, Texas,
to perform maintenance repairs on the seawall extending from McGee Beach to the
Barge Dock, located in Council District 1, in an amount of $1,098,504.60, with FY 2021

for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
