Motion awarding a Master Service Agreement for professional engineering services to
HDR Engineering Inc., Corpus Christi, Texas for groundwater -related technical support to
assist with general groundwater questions, regulatory guidance, permit applications
review and other necessary groundwater hydrology concerns in an amount up to
$60,000.00 for one year with a one-year renewal option to be administratively authorized
for a total amount not to exceed $120,000.00, with FY 2021 funding available from the
Water Capital Reserve Fund.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required
for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
