Motion awarding a professional services contract to Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam,
Inc., Corpus Christi, Texas, for engineering design, bid, and construction phase services
for the Bay Water Quality Improvements project that will identify and design solutions for
the removal of trash and other floatable items in the storm water system before it is
discharged in the Corpus Christi Bay, in an amount of $165,784.00, with FY 2021 funding
available from the Storm Water Capital Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 4/13/2021, this Motion was passed.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required
for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
