Motion awarding a Master Services Agreement for Utilities Permitting Assistance to
Plummer Associates, Inc., Austin, Texas, for permitting and regulatory assistance for the
City's water and wastewater treatment plants, located Citywide, in an amount up to
$230,000.00 for the initial term, with four renewal options to be administratively
authorized for a total amount not to exceed $1,150,000.00, with FY 2021 funding
available from the Water and Wastewater Capital Funds.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required
for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
