Motion authorizing a three-year service agreement with Red River Technology, LLC of
Claremont, New Hampshire, in an amount of $127,723.08, via DIR Purchasing
Cooperative, for Uninterruptible Power Supply Hardware and Services for five Public
Safety radio sites, effective upon issuance of a notice to proceed, with FY 2021 funding
available in the 2018 Police Radio Communication System Bond.

or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from
which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
