Motion approving a supply agreement for steel pipe in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0053-90 with Pipe Exchange ~tional for $339,837.35
based on low bid. ~ne term of the oontract will be twelve months with
option to extend for an additional twelve months subject to the approval of
the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. ~hese items will be
used by the Gas Division for the construction and mintenance of their
distribution syst~.
