Motion approving a supply agre~_nt for 1" house type gas service
regulators in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0137-90 with Nation, al
Meter Parts, Inc., Lancaster, Oh/o for an estimated annual expenditure of
$26,010 based on low bid. ~ne term of the agreement shall be for twelv~
months with an option to extend for an additional twelve m~nths subject to
the approval of the supplier and the city Manager or his designee. The~e
regulators will be stored in the Warehouse and used by the Gas Department.
