Motion approving a supply agreement for miscellaneous film and photo
processing in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0007-90 with Picture
Express Photolab, Inc., Cc~pus C~risti, TexBs, on the basis of low bid for
an estimate1 annual ~ture of $36,000. ~ne term of the agre~m~_nt
shall be for twelve months with an optic~ to extend for up to an additional
twelve months subject to the approval of the supglier and the City Manger
or his designee. ~nis agreement covers the purchase of film and photo
processing services to be used predominantly by the Police Department hut
will be used by various other depa~h,ents throughout the City as well.
