Motion approving a supply agreement in accordance with Bid Invitation No.
BI-0169-90, for ferrous s~lfate with Pencoo, Inc., Corpus C:~risti, Tex~s,
based on the lcd; bid of $209,000. ~ term of the oontract will be twelve
months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months
subject to the approval of the supplier and the city Manager or his
designee. ~he chemical will be used by the Wastewater Divisic~ for odor
oontrol at various treatment plants.
