County and the City of Corpus Christi regarding contribution of increment to the
Reinvestment Zone No. 2, City of Corpus Christi, Texas tax increment fund.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an amendment
to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Nueces County regarding contribution of
increment to the Reinvestment Zone No. 2, City of Corpus Christi, Texas tax increment
fund.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
