Council McCcm~ moved to refer tb~ issue of tb~ pending, collated or
threatened litigation regarding the construction of the new police and municipal
courts facility at the v~cant Central P~wer & Light Building in regard to the
reasonably unforeseeable situation of the Onrpus Christi Police Officers
Association cont~,~lating or threatening a lawsuit and injunction or delay to
stop any additional funds frc~ being spent on t_his ~roject to decide if there
w~s a violation of the Code of Ethics.
