Corpus Christi Golf, L.L.C. a Texas Limited Liability Company, which provides
that the City will provide funding up to $2,300,000 on a reimbursement basis, for
the development of the Gabe Lozano Golf Course property with approval from the
City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute Addendum
No. 1 to the Lease Agreement with Foresight Corpus Christi Golf, L.L.C. a Texas
Limited Liability Company for certain capital improvements in the amount not to exceed
$2,300,000.00.
That the foregoing or finance was read for the first time and passed to its second
