Motion approving supply agreement for PVC pipe and fittings in accordance
with Bid Invitation No. BI-0064-90 with the following ommpanies f~r the
following amounts based on low bid for an estimated annual expenditure of
$200,015. ~ne terms of these agreements shall be for twelve months with an
option to extend for up to an additional twelve ~nths subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his dssignee. ~nese items
will be stored in the Warehouse and used by the Water Department,
Wastewater Department, and Park and Recreation Department. Funds were
budgeted by these departr~enta.
