Motio~ ~ing sul4~ly agre~nents for janitorial supplies in accordance
with Bid Invitatic~ No. BI-0070-90 with the following c~{x~r~ies for the
following amounts based on low bid a~d best bid for an estimated annual
e~penditure of $143,417.06. ~ne terms of these agree~_nts shall be for
twelve months with an ~ution to extend for up to an additional twelve
months subject to the approval of the supplier and the city Manager or his
designee. Ihese items will be stored in the Warehouse and used by various
depa~L~_nt~ throughout the City.
