Motic~ approving s~pply agreements f~r repair parts for radio equilm~nt in
aooordance with Bid Invitstic~l No. BI-0058-90 and BI-0059-90 with General
Electric, Austin, Texas, and Motorola, Inc., Manchaca, Texas, for an
estimated annual expenditure of $80,300 based o~1 "sole source." ~ t~rms
of the contracts will be twelve months with option to extend for up to an
additional twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier and the
City Manager or his designee. The Radio Ma~ Division is
responsible for repairing all radio equipment, including General Electric
"captive" er "dealer items,, and are not available through any distrLhutors.
