Motion authorizing a one-year supply agreement, with an additional one-year option, with
Univar Solutions USA, Inc. of Kent, Washington, for an estimated amount of $192,600.00,
with a total estimated amount not to exceed $390,600.00 if the option period is
exercised, for the purchase of Hydrofluorosilicic acid to be used during the water
treatment process at the 0. N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant, with FY 2022 funding
available through the Water Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 10/26/2021, this Motion was passed.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly
authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that
the money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation
or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from
which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
