in aocordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0191-90 with T. D. Willian~on
C~any, Tulsa, Oklahci~a o~1 the basis of sole s~urce for an estimated
annual expenditure of $51,219.20. ~ne term of the ac~ shall be for
twelve months with an option to extend for an ~itional twelve m~aths
subject to the approval of the sut~lier and the City Manager or his
designee. 21%ese budgeted items will be used by the Gas Division.
