accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0184-90, frc~ Kentron Traffic
Products, Inc. of Houston, TX for the amount of $14,850 based on low bid.
These items will be used by the Traffic ~ineering De~ for vehicle
detection and have been budgeted__ for accc~ingly.
