Motion to reject the rec~mu~ndation for the purchase of the old H~ building
located on 19th Street between Agnes and Tmredo Streets for a facility to be
used by the Center for Hispanic Arts and to allow for tb~ construction of a
Center at tb~ site on 17th & 18th and Agnes Streets with the building to be
constructed with the r~aining funds from the original $500,000 CDBG allocation.
