Motion approving a supply agreement for general use automotive filters, in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0205-90 with Wayne Bull Company,
Corpus f~risti, Texas based on low bid for a total of $28,000. The term of
the contract will be twelve months with c~tion to extend for up to an
additional twelve m~ths subject to tb~ approval of the supplier and the
City Manager or his designee. TD~se items will be used by Maintenance
Services and the Fire Department and have been budgeted accordingly.
