Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 27,000 galvanized and
black pipe fittings ranging in size frc~ 1/4" to 4", in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0211-90, with Evans Supply Co., Corpus C~risti, Texas,
for an estimated annual expenditure of $17,665.53 ~ the basis of low bid.
~ne term of the agre~nent shall be for twelve m~nths with an option to
extend for up to an additional twelve m~ths subject to the approval of the
supplier and the city Manager er his designee. These items will be used by
the Gas and Water Departments and have been b~get~d.
