Motion approving the supply agreements for water meters with Schlumberger
Industries, Inc., for $54,450, Badger Meter, Inc. for $36,992, and Kent
Meters, Inc., for $33,169.04 based on low bid in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0127-90. The terms of these contracts will be twelve
months with an option to extend for up to an ar~{tic~l twelve months
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager er his
designee. ~3%ese items will be used by the Water Division and have been
budgeted accordingly.
